Illinois Vineyard Management and Consulting Company was created to fill
a need in the rapidly growing grape industry. We are currently managing
six Illinois vineyards that cover more than
40 acres. We have become involved with these vineyards at various stages
in their development. Sunny Hill Vineyards
is our home vineyard and is used as a research and development laboratory.
It consists of 12 varieties on six different trellises covering 16 acres. We have experience in planning and designing new vineyards in addition to routine maintenance of existing vineyards. We are available to "rescue" a vineyard that may need repair or revision. Our trellis building crew can build any type of trellis under a wide variety of conditions.
